Operating medium
Clean air (dry or lubricated) or inert gas. Other gases should be non-corrosive and compatible with the lubricants of the internal components. The dew-point temperature of operation medium should be -20℃ and the impurity particle size should be no more than 30u (no more than 5u when equipped with position indicator).

Lubrication
Under normal conditions, the standard type can work without lubricant. The low and high temperature types require special lubricants.

The NAMUR standard indicator is convenient for installation of accessories such as positioning switch and position indicator.
Output shaft
High precision one-piece output shaft, made from nickel alloy painted steel, complies with the NAMUR, ISO 5211 and DIN 3337 standards. Customization of the size and stainless steel materials is available according to demands.
Cylinder block
To meet a variety of demands, ASTM 6005 extruded aluminum alloy cylinder body can be processed with hard oxidation, oxidation, epoxy spraying (with colour coding such as blue, orange, yellow etc.), PTFE coating or nickel plating.
End cover
Die-casting aluminum alloy cover sprayed with metallic powder in various colours, coated with PTFE or plated with nickel.
Piston
Double piston rack, processed with die-casting aluminum alloy oxidation or casting steel galvanization, results in symmetrical installation, fast operation and long service life. By simply inverting the piston, the direction of rotation can be changed.
Stroke adjustment
Two independent regulators can operate ±5° accuracy in regulation of the open and enclosed position.
